An industry expert since 1997, Andrea Kawawaki started her Escrow career in Riverside County. Currently, she serves as an Escrow Officer for GLAE’s Sherman Oaks branch. Specializing in commercial, subdivisions, reverse mortgages, 1031 exchanges, refinances and resales (including REOs, Probate Sales and Short Sales). Andrea provides her clients with exceptional customer service, with fast turn around times and speedy email responses.
Jessica serves as an Escrow Officer and Licensed Notary in the Sherman Oaks Office. Her unparalleled service and turnaround times will want you to use her for all your escrow transactions. She has been in the escrow industry since 2009. She specializes in resale, short sale, refinance (traditional and reverse mortgages) and foreclosures and brings a positive attitude to every transaction. Jessica continues her education by attending seminars at Southland Regional Association of Realtors and those held by our office.
Lisa brings 27 years of escrow experience working on a wide range of transactions. She is exceptional at providing superior service and ensuring that each and every party involved is informed throughout the process. She takes the time to communicate and address all concerns and questions.
